We design and deploy networks using TP-Link Omada (our primary platform for SME deployments), Cisco, and MikroTik equipment. For Wi-Fi, we use Omada EAP access points with centralised management across single and multi-site deployments. We also take over and support networks built on other enterprise platforms.
A standard office network for a 50-person organisation — structured cabling, managed switching, firewall, and Wi-Fi — typically takes five to ten business days from site survey to handover. Larger deployments or multi-site rollouts are scoped and phased per project. We do not start work without a completed site survey and a signed-off design.
A managed switch lets you create separate network segments (VLANs) for different types of traffic — staff devices, guest Wi-Fi, VoIP phones, and CCTV cameras each on their own isolated segment. This is a security and performance requirement for any business with more than a handful of devices. Unmanaged switches treat all traffic identically, creating security gaps and performance issues under load.
After installation, we monitor your network infrastructure continuously. Switch health, access point uptime, firewall policy, and internet link quality are all monitored from our systems. Yes. We carry out an initial assessment of the existing infrastructure, document what is in place, identify gaps and risks, and agree a remediation and ongoing management plan. We take over management of your existing hardware where appropriate and recommend replacement only where hardware is end-of-life or insufficiently capable.
